I've walked through trauma, heartbreak, false love, spiritual confusion, and years of emotional suppression—and I’ve come out the other side. Not just healed, but truly thriving.

 

In my professional life, I’ve built a successful Medspa business, leading with integrity, honesty, truth, compassion, and care. But behind that success is a woman who had to reclaim her sense of self after years of toxic relationships, deep wounds, and never feeling safe in her own mind.

 

Through spiritual work, the Teachings of Union by Jeff & Shaleia, and profound trauma healing with the Mind Alignment Process, I found the peace I once thought was impossible. I no longer live in survival mode—I live in freedom, love, and alignment.

 

Now, my calling is to help others find the same.

 

I coach from lived experience, not theory. I’ve been through the fire and found the way out. Many of my clients are highly sensitive, spiritually gifted souls who are tired of playing small or pretending to be okay. They are ready for real healing, real love, and real alignment.
